Our Tae Kwon Do Program

Dynamic Trinity Academy offers Tae Kwon Do lessons in Scarborough for all levels of athletes and aspiring martial artists; our Tae Kwon Do curriculum ensures that every student will be given the best foundation possible.

The main pillars of our curriculum are to provide physical exercise with mental & spiritual growth in each single class. We base the foundation of our curriculum upon traditional Tae Kwon Do teachings, but infuse that with unique and innovative teaching models and methods.

Our Instructors are highly trained black belts with decades of experience in teaching students in the Art of Tae Kwon Do. Instructors understand that every student is unique and provides specific training techniques suitable to the learning needs of every individual student.

We designed each of our classes to have a class smaller size to ensure a high instructor-to-student ratio. This means effective training and greater amount of one-to-one opportunities with Instructors.

Our Scarborough school is certified under the World Tae Kwon Do and by the Kukkiwon, Korea.

Our motto for each students is: “To Be Better”; each and every single day, in everything single that they do.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that translates to “the foot fist way” or “The Art  of Kicking and Punching”. Our school teaching this core concept in two ways. First, we teach the practical aspect, teaching students kicks, punches and blocks. Second, we teach the mental a & spiritual aspects, teaching students the value the path they walk on and the intention of their actions.

Tae Kwon Do has grown to become one of the most practiced martial arts in the world with teachings that include: forms, sparring, breaking, self-defence, mental focus, discipline, etiquette, respect and self-confidence.

Tae Kwon Do is one of the few combat martial arts that are featured in the Olympics.

The aim of our program is to build confidence, discipline, and respects, along with improved self-esteem and mental toughness through adversity.
